Program
First of all – love! The medieval town of Signagi, perched above the Alazani Valley and overlooking the Greater Caucasus Mountains. Here, you'll find ancient narrow streets, cobblestone-paved pathways, houses with red tiled roofs, and the deep history of ancient times awaiting you!
The town of Kvareli is cozily nestled in the heart of Kakheti amidst vineyards and mountains. Here, at the winery, a grand tasting awaits you: 10 types of wines, chacha, and brandy! Experienced sommeliers will share insights into the grape varieties used in Georgian wines, describing the process. You'll also have the opportunity to taste rare wines.
The highlight of the day – a feast in a Kakhetian home. Here, a caring hostess will teach you how to make khinkali – it's simple and incredibly delicious! Specially for you, Georgian songs will be sung, and the tamada (toastmaster) will make toasts. Delicious and hearty Georgian cuisine, especially the kebabs cooked on grapevines, will complete the evening.
