Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms By booking a tour through meet-ge.com, you enter into an agreement with LLC Fleur (Tbilisi, Georgia). These terms apply to all services provided by the company.

2. Booking and Payment

• A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spots.

• The remaining 70% balance is to be paid on the first day of the tour (in cash or via credit card).

• All online transactions are processed securely through TBC Bank.

3. Cancellation Policy

• More than 7 days before the start: 100% refund of the deposit (minus bank transaction fees, up to 3%).

• 7 to 3 days before the start: 50% refund of the deposit.

• Less than 3 days or no-show: The deposit is non-refundable.

4. Liability MEET-GE is responsible for the execution of the tour program as described. The customer is responsible for having valid travel insurance and necessary travel documents.
