Payment & Refund Policy
Payment Scheme
To book a tour or excursion on the MEET-GE website, a partial prepayment system applies:

30% Deposit: Paid at the time of booking on the website. This guarantees your spot and allows us to start preparing your journey.

70% Balance: Paid in cash or by card directly to the guide or organizer on the first day of the tour.
Payment Methods: We accept Visa and Mastercard from any bank worldwide, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are processed through the secure Flitt (TBC Bank) payment gateway. We do not collect or store your card details.
Cancellation and Refund Terms

Cancellation more than 7 days before the tour starts: 100% of the deposit will be refunded (minus a small bank processing fee, usually up to 3%).

Cancellation between 7 and 3 days before the tour starts: 50% of the deposit will be withheld.

Cancellation less than 3 days before or no-show: The deposit is non-refundable.
Refund Procedure: To request a refund, please contact us via email at office@meet-ge.com or WhatsApp. Refunds are processed back to the original card used for payment within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank’s policy).
